We are looking for a Creative Director who understands how to create experiences that celebrate the rich history and diversity of our state. We help our clients to achieve their goals through the development of design strategies to deliver the best possible multimedia solutions.

  • Embrace a collaborative ethos. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh perspectives to the table and work together with our talented team to create magic.

  • Thrive in the fast-paced world of creativity, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Flexibility is your middle name—able to adapt your vision to suit diverse styles and objectives.

  • Your interpersonal and presentation skills set you apart, ensuring clear communication and stellar client relationships. You are adept at weaving intricate ideas into easily digestible nuggets for diverse audiences.

  • Dive deep into the creative weeds while maintaining a keen eye on the bigger picture and overarching strategy.

  • Drive and innovation define your approach, underpinned by a relentless dedication to customer satisfaction and data-driven insights.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite is a given, with experience across various website design platforms and experience using AI to facilitate the creative process.

  • Social media savviness is non-negotiable—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn expertise are essential.
