Established in 1985, NEi is an employment and vocational rehabilitation non-profit that counsels, trains and matches clients with employers in Hawaii. 

The Challenge

As a non-profit organization dependent on private and public funding, NEi struggled for years to remain relevant in the eyes of its stakeholders. A lack of awareness of the company’s mission and value to the community threatened its survival.

The BLG Difference

The problem for NEi wasn’t that it lacked a compelling story to tell, it simply needed to be refined into a cohesive brand that resonated and connected with people. BLG helped establish NEi’s brand identity and strengthened its digital presence. A new logo, visual identity and website reflective of the non-profit’s good work helped elevate NEi’s standing in the community and ensured continued funding.
